Become an apprentice with us

We feel a special responsibility for nurturing the next generation in the plastics industry. With a long tradition of appenticeships, we welcome both plastic technician and PTA apprentices. 


As an apprentice with us, you will gain knowledge and hands-on experience with high-tech plastics production and become an important part of our team from day one


You will learn from experinced colleagues while we, in turn, draw inspiration from your fresh perspectives and ideas. You will gain insight into all processes, ensuring that you a thoroughly prepared to shape the future in plastics.

Meet our employees

  • Technology and programming were what first sparked my interest and led me to pursue an apprenticeship as a plastics technician. I’m now in my fourth year, and I’ve had the opportunity to really develop within the areas that I find most interesting. 

     

    I’ve worked in all production departments and operated every type of machine, taking on plenty of interesting challenges and responsibility. This has allowed me to become a full member of the team, working on equal terms with my experienced colleagues.

  • I started as a plastics technician apprentice in 2015 and was hired permanently after completing my apprenticeship. CK Production is definitely a workplace that supports both your professional and personal development. I experienced this myself when I pursued further training to become a Plastics Specialist in 2020.


    I now use that learning and hands-on experience in my role as a team leader to optimise processes and share knowledge across the team. We have a strong sense of unity across departments, a tremendous drive and a shared commitment to succeeding together.

  • When I joined CK Production in 2023, I had no prior experience in the plastics industry. However, I have always had a flair for and interest in systems, structure, and IT, so fortunately, both CK Production and I saw the potential for a great match.

     

    I have truly been given the opportunity to grow and develop, and I have never worked at a place with such flexibility and freedom with responsibility. We have a strong sense of unity and are a close-knit, equal team – here, you can be 100% yourself. I am also proud of our environmental efforts where we strive to make a difference.

  • CK Produktion is a fantastic workplace, and I can say that confidently, having been here for 31 years. I started as an operator, became a Team Leader in the former steel department, and eventually became Warehouse Manager, which is still my role today. I am shown great trust and entrusted with many responsibilities, which I find very rewarding.


    Of course, there have been ups and downs over the years, and the acquisition in 2022 brought its share of changes. However, challenges were resolved for the better, and I believe we have landed in a really good place.
