Vacuum forming – an efficient method for small and medium-sized series

Vacuum forming is an ideal method for plastic components with large surface areas and simpler geometries. 


We combine vaccum forming with CNC post-processing to ensure high precision and a uniform finish in the final components. 


Our capabilities include:
• 4 sheet vacuum forming machines
• 3 CNC milling machines for post-processing
• Sheet thickness from 0,5 to 12mm
• Dimensions up to 1200 x 1500 x 600 mm

Chip removal – ideal for complex components

Chip removal is particularly well-suited for processing complex components with stringent requirements for high precision, consistency and tight tolerances.
 

We offer flexible volumes ranging from prototypes to series production. Our set-up allows us to handle subtractive machining of components with dimensions up to 4000 x 2000 mm.
